Community Information and Action Application

Objective:

Develop a and web application that enables community members to easily ask for information, report issues, and request services from local authorities or community organizations.

Context:

The University community is required to provide extensive information and seek action regarding divergent issues such as security, health, teaching venues, classes, and various infrastructure; the multiple issues are located within the community zone.

An Information and Action Application for a community is essential for enhancing communication, improving access to services, increasing community engagement, efficient issue resolution, empowerment and education, crisis management, and data-driven decision-making. Implementing such an application is paramount in significantly enhancing the quality of life in a community by improving communication, access to services, and overall engagement, which would be geared towards achieving SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).

Expected Outcomes:

Develop a mobile and web application, creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The application should aim to improve communication, access to services, community engagement, issue resolution, crisis management, and data-driven decision-making within the community. Allows community members to interact with local authorities and organization seamlessly.
